- Design IBC solution to combine with the existing system.
- Survey the existing site and update the combining diagram by AutoCAD.
- Support and consult with the installation team in case of design doesn’t match with the actual site.
- Review the installation data for FAC.
- Training on solution detail.
- Update the database as actual on-site.
IBC Project Management and Installation
- Plan Material to use for rollout.
- Prepare BOM as a rollout plan.
- Meeting with customers for site solution agreement.
- Supervise to the installation team
- As-built Report, Final BOQ
