– Business Analyst

Business Analyst (BA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect business requirements and processes from business users.
• Apply process analysis methodology to identify defects and the impact of business processes.
• To identify business gaps, use business analysis methodology.
• Complete business requirement specifications, including business process diagrams and business rules, should be documented.
• Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions
• Manage project implementation to ensure that it is completed on time and that all deliverables are met.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or relate filed.
• Open for new graduate
• Solid understanding of Systems Development Life cycle.
• Good interpersonal, communication skill, Ability to make effective presentations.
• Excellence skills and knowledge of Advanced analytical skill and capability to generating ideas or solutions for problems.
• Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills Strong prioritization skill & planning skill.
• Able to read code and understand logic

TECHNOLOGY:

• Mircosoft Office
• Ux/UI tools e.g Figma
• ER Digagram Tools
• WordPress

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor’s degree in any field, but preferably one related to technology, such as computer science, technology, or engineering.
• 0-3 years of IT industry experience in software development, system analysis, and design.
